Tonight's episode of Castle

This is turning out to be one of those odd shows where I absolutely LOVE one character (Castle) and could really care less about the rest of the show. Nathan Fillion is in my opinion so far carrying the show almost by himself. The mom and daughter are more interesting than the cops he works with.
Oh, but I do love how Detective Becket seems incapable of going an episode without grabbing Castle by his ear.

This is so funny I just got done watching last weeks episode last night, and I can not agree more. My thoughts when it was over was "this is turning into a great show!".

Castle is a such a great character. They could have made him your typical vapid playboy but he is much more than that. His daughter impresses me too. She is smart and witty with out being over the top and to TVised if you know what I mean. The mother is a bit typical but still fun and as for the rest well.... I think the cops just need to be developed and as for Detective Becket? Well I am not sure on her yet. She is spunky but I have a feeling they are going for the "though girl who has been hurt" stick that we see time and time again.

My biggest fear it that they will ruin their chemistery on the show by going all UST on us. That would destroy the show for me. I just hope it is doing well in the ratings so it can develope more.

I do love what they are doing with Castle and you're right about the daughter. All the other characters are very cardboard cut out of stereotypes though (The mother does this with pizzaz though)but like I said I think that NF is carrying the show very well so far.
